How do you deal with your team colleagues who are pretty dominating, and toxic, and ask each bit to be tracked on email (not for all team members, only for some) ? In some case they maybe your team lead.

Agree, noting on mail is good actually. But the way my peer talks, i spoke to other team members also offline, they too get scared of her whenever she talks, meaning the dominating, always interrupting, and a not listening attitude. Sometimes we dont know how to keep our point across her.
