Colleagues getting 75% QVA

My colleagues from the same unit have got 75% QVA, but I have got only 50% though I'm compliant with respect to DI and WFO Index. Can anyone help in understanding why this happens ? Even HRs seem to not know and are saying it's as per unit performance. Any clue who can be approached for this ?
