How do you deal with a cold intolerant person who wants fan speed below 5 and also don't want AC for more than an hour ?

Look out for a fat guy and get him to switch places as your roommate, or you switch to his room. Very easy if the establishment is a hostel, little difficult if it's a flat.

Where do you live? Maybe ask him to stay under a blanket if you are planning to keep the room cooler for a longer period of time. You two are sharing a room, both should ideally adjust. Don't keep ac and on for longer time
