Trending @Cognizant; Cognizant's way to make people resign

I was on bench and my ageing hadn't started yet. One day from I received an email from TSC team to prepare for a technical assessment. The assessment was an interview, and the interviewer asked around 20 questions out of which I had answered 15-16 correctly. I was happy that day as I thought I would be getting a project now. The next day I received an email that I had failed the assessment and there will be consequences. One month later I received a show cause notice from HR and was asked to resign or else be terminated.

They will update reason for release is "ceasettion" in your EPFO portal and company portal even after you resigned. However they will give releaving and final settlement without the reason for release..
