Hi all, I'm currently working at Oracle as a Functional Consultant, with 5 years of total experience and 3 yr relevant ex in oracle cloud fusion

I’ve received two offers and would really appreciate any advice, Here's a comparison:

Offer 2: Deloitte India Position: Consultant/Senior Consultant - yet to confirm Domain: Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP Risk Management Role Type: Client-facing with focus on Cloud Security, ERP Risk Management, SoD, GRC and Advanced Controls across HCM, Finance, and Procurement Experience Level: 5 years Salary: ₹23 LPA (₹21 LPA fixed) Work Mode: Hybrid
