I have an offer from Capgemini for 21 LPA( 10% variable pay) and have offer from CGI of 19 LPA( 2 % variable and 3% share) which is the better option....??

In your situation Points to be considered
- If money is your priority go for cognizant.
- Which project/role your are going to work/allocated (if in case they hired for specific role or position)
- You won't get hike for two years, you are eligible for hike after 2 years only. Based on these compare and take vise decision.

I am working in infosys right now and have 4 yoe and getting 4.5 lpa fixed no variable. I got an offer from capgemini with 10 lpa fixed no variable.. should i go with it?
