WLB depends on the project and team. Accenture has a lot of projects for SAP. Learning wise there are a lot of training courses and certification programs. Pay wise, the hikes are delayed for almost 3 yrs now and promotions are a mystery nobody seem to crack how it is happening. Also, Can you let me know your YOE and fixed CTC offered?

Accenture WLB is shit. Cognizant is better wrt WLB. Projects are better in Accenture but again it depends on your luck and networking skills..not everybody gets a good project. There is a lot of boot licking that happens here. No hike and no promotion as well. Talk to more people from both the organizations before making your decision.

I did not join them in 2023 and again if I do the same ..do u think they can blacklist me ??

AS a manager or associate manager, you are gonna face challenges, politics, management etc at any service based company. No one can assure you a perfect work life balance , or yearly hikes or anything. So I would suggest you to go with your current requirement. If you are happy with your current Offered CTC and you are aware of the project which you r gonna join into, then i can suggest it’s easy for you to take a call. Current situation in accenture is bad for sure, mainly bcs of promotions and hikes perspective. Bit the projects and learning’s are good. I am not aware of Cognizant. May be less projects as compared to accenture , not sure , but It’s your call now …

Thanks a lot for ur elaborate answers, it helps everyone
