Cognizant Visakhapatnam

Hey, I live in Visakhapatnam. Recently I got an offer from cognizant Hyd location and My joining is in July ending.

Recently, they announced that cognizant will open it’s office in Visakhapatnam from early 2026.

Now will cognizant allow me if I ask a transfer to vizag location. Or how can i get transferred to Vizag location? Will they truly open their office by early 2026? If yes, What all details will they consider?
