Anyone working in Cognizant amd knows what's going on there. All thr news and post we are seeing regarding the macro management and installing soft to track employees. Is it true.

I have friends working in departments that have been using this Prohance tool to track what they call productivity over the last 4/5 years.
While the tracking part is true there are workarounds for everything. Don't let that set off any alarms. Find your way around it and keep looking for better offers.
