Cognizant selected me for Bengaluru location, can work from Hyd also?
Base location is Bengaluru, can I work from Hyderabad too if not able to report at Bengaluru, if yes, what is the process and is that a hybrid model or what? Appreciate your responses.

No you can't.
Your laptop and ID card is tagged to your base location and you are expected to work from base location only
You can confirm this with HR.
Before joining itself if you can change your location to HYD, that would be great
