I did not delete my comment. Why would I? And, I am not a manager. You seem pretty arrogant when a peer is trying to help you so that you can understand for your future. If you don't know ki jis mahine kaam kia us mahine salary milegi ya nahi...I mean just read your query once. And, putting judgement on others. If this is your attitude let me say it upfront people don't care and people don't help others easily so if someone is trying to guide you try to understand it. But, an arrogant person can't. And, if you are so intelligent maybe don't ask others...you already know so much :)
