Cognizant rules makes me worried

I got an offer letter from cognizant. It says if I accept the offer letter and then don't join then I will be banned for life from joining cognizant in future.

Any suggestions?

I didn't join 3 years ago. Cognizant called me few months ago. They said create a different email id and then send us resume

Even if we create new mail id.They will check using PAN number right??

Do not think about it too much. If you have good probability of joining accept it. If not, just pass.

For some reasons, you accepted it but can't join, it is ok. It is not the end of the world. We have got more options than CTS.
