Cognizant Query
Few years back I had an offer from Cognizant but at the same time I got better opportunity so I did not join Cognizant. Recently I gave interviews at Cognizant and got the offer. I am considering to join it now. Will there be any issues while joining or in BGV ?
Ask if they are deploying in projects directly. Else don’t join. Most of the new joiners don’t get any projects and within 6 months they are asked to resign
They have mentioned the account in HR discussion but there was no client interviews. Only one TR. Will there be more clients rounds ? Or they can also ask to look for other accounts?
No issue. They only concern about demand of vacancy now
Please join only if you have experience working in a typical service company. It is not bad but manage your expectations, it is very target based treatment nowdays here
