Cognizant or Mobily infotech

Hi got offers from Cognizant and Mobily for tech architect java role. Any feedback on Mobily please? It is part of Mobily KSA telecom company. Sal is better in Mobily. How about work culture? Not looking for ambitious growth, but little work life balance for 40+ aged woman associate.
