I attended an interview with Cognizant company two weeks ago, and last week I had an HR discussion. I have already submitted CDF Form 2, including last week. This week, I followed up consistently with the HR representative, and he answered my calls every day.
One day ago, he mentioned that the first level of approval for the offer letter was completed, and now we are waiting for the second level of approval. Today, he informed me that my offer letter was approved at 26 LPA, though I initially requested 28 LPA, which I am somewhat okay with. Currently, I am earning around 16.26 LPA and also have a counteroffer at approximately 25.40 LPA.
He also asked me again to fill out my employment details, but the CDF 2 form only requests the last five years of my employment history.
I’m wondering if they intend to release my offer soon or if they might be considering someone else, potentially delaying my offer. ..?

Sounds like you're in a bit of a waiting game. Keep nudging HR politely, and maybe consider the counteroffer if things drag on too long.
Well, I had my techincal and Hr round for CTS on 14th dec ,2024 and it was a walk in drive. After that I got two congratulations mail and also one call from HR team congratulating me and mentioning that the offer will be rolled out soon....
How much time Cognizant takes to rollout offer letter after final HR round? They took all the approval for CTC and all before this round from the management. Now I have submitted all the documents already?
I have recently cleared all the technical rounds and later the day offer discussion happened but offer letter is not released yet it's been 8 working days anyone can help in this please
