Cognizant Offer letter for Rehire employees

I am a Ex Cognizant employee and I relieved Cognizant 2 years back. Now I attended a walk in drive on 5th April, completed HR discussion and shared all the legal documents along with my Ex employment ID with and waiting for my offer letter. Following up with HR , not yet received offer letter. Does anyone encountered the same situation?
