I have previously worked for cognizant and now I have been selected for cognizant.

I have asked for a 50% hike from my current package but HR is comparing my expectations with my old Cognizant package and saying I am expecting almost 300% of the hike.

And how much time will it take to get the offer letter for rehire? Will there be any issue with the approvals?

I had my HR interview on 29th Oct, so when can I expect the offer letter?
