Cognizant offer letter
I cleared technical round with Cognizant and had HR discussion as well where we discussed salary and other details. I have a notice period of 90 days and he informed my DOJ will be 90 days from 30 March but I haven’t received my offer letter yet. If I don’t resign now I won’t be able to join in 90 days. Should I wait for it? I tried reaching out to him again but he’s not replying to calls and messages. What should I do? Any idea, how much time does it normally take to complete background verification and getting the offer letter?
Don't put down papers without offer letter. Send out a mail stating that you are unable to initiate NP without a formal offer letter. I really want to join Cognizant hence if I got rejected then let me know. I will reapply again after cooling period.
