They have made practice. A new joiner sits the ideal minimum of 2 months, giving either 1 or 2 rating as 1 year is not complete, and makes lobby staff ratings excellent using these gaps in policies. I could not understand the role of so many service delivery managers.. already project managers are there to handle the clients then what is the need of ESA management, EDL service delivery managers.. So many dumb useless non billable resource loads on the project and then they will look for margin too... Issues are known but still full of lobby...
