Few years back I had an offer from Cognizant but at the same time I got a better opportunity so I did not join Cognizant. Recently I gave interviews at Cognizant and got the offer. I am considering to join it now. Will there be any issues while joining or in BGV ?

I accepted the offer but sent an email one day prior to the joining date that I can not join.
