Trending @Cognizant; Cognizant is looking at mass resignation ?
On 30th April last month or in that last week around 150 employees resigned from the pune location. It's just one location, just imagine from March onwards they are telling employees to resign from every location. It's a bloodbath everywhere.
150😢 This is seriously a big number. I feel they are very keen on reducing the headcount. I am telling you the CEO is directionless, he did targeted hiring from Infosys, he is an absurd person. Takes 186 crore salary and doing nonsense to his employees.

2 from my team, 2-3 from my friends team are told to resign.
So just imagine there would be many teams.

They have come with an idea that they will not provide projects for the freshers and then they will ask them to resign
