I swear this is not a joke but I literally know people leaving CTS from blore,cbe,kochi who badly suffered and leaving due to work culture. Start finding some job and if you think this is just cyclic, then you maybe correct if the company don't go out of resources within an year or two.
Maybe they'll start hiring with double salary due to low resources in next 5 years.
