Cognizant - Infosys

I've Been Evaluated For Infosys & Cognizant In A Week Span. Infosys Has Released Offer Earlier So I've Kept The Papers And Accepted The Offer With No Second Thought. But In Deep Down I Had Gut Feeling That I've Cracked The Cognizant Interview But The Feedback Was Not Revealed.

Compensation Was Only Motive To Attend Interviews And I Got 110% Hike From Infosys. Currently I've Completed 50+ Days In Notice Period. At This Moment I've Received An Offer Letter From Cognizant With 140% Hike.

As I've Already Accepted Infosys Offer, Can I Decline It Now? Will It Cause Any Black Mark In Future If I Want To Join This Organization? As Of Now I've Not Accepted The Cognizant Offer Yet.

Your Insights Are Most Valuable And Appreciated For This Scenario.

Experience :: 5.9 Years Tech Stack :: DevOps-SRE

Thanks In Advance.

Don't decline now, 1 week before you can do that. Give some valid reasons for declining the Infy offer through email.

Dont join Infosys. Their founder is suggesting to implement 70 hrs work week and their employees are doing multiple full time jobs because they have fake billing (no real work) or long term bench or some kind of connections... Know a person who is doing a full time admin job in Bangalore ECITY , Celebrity C Layoutt and getting full time salary from Infosys

Tell them that you have a better offer so you are declining, and negotiate with them.
