Cognizant HR Process
I had a successful HR connect with package discussion and they told me I will be getting an offer letter in Week after submitting documents. Now it is close to a month, two point of contacts have changed yet no offer letter release and HR bot picking up the Phone. I'm concerned if I would get the letter having put all the effort. Any advice on this ?
Do not wait for one offer buddy keep giving interviews
Congnizant has the worst HRs. I joined meeting for L2 interview, but no one showed up. Later HR told he will reschedule but he never did.
Doesn’t even respond to calls or texts.
Yes..this amongst common behaviour at least do I know from Accenture, Infosys & yes cognizant as well
Almost the same thing happened to me. I cleared 2 rounds and they asked me to share documents for offer letter release, which I already did. Now after 15 days, they came back and said that there is a project restriction on SCON level and they can't offer me.
Can anyone from CTS or has experience from this company advise on the context?
