Any idea how long CTS takes to release offer letter ?
I had a successful HR connect with package discussion and they told me I will be getting an offer letter in Week after submitting documents. Now it is close to a month, two points of contact have changed yet no offer letter release and HR not picking up the Phone. I’m concerned if I would get the letter having put all the effort.

Unfortunately common malpractice with hrs in such companies. Infy, tcs, hcl, CTS, et al. Just continue looking elsewhere and if offer comes well and good but assume the role is either closed or filled.
