Today someone told me from HR dept that 90 percent of these will be hike percentages this year
5 rating - 8% 4 rating - 6% 3 rating - 3 % 2 rating - 1 % 1 rating - no hike
If anyone has any separate here post here.
i have got 3 rating so that means 3% . Lucky i have taken 100% offer elsewhere.
It'll be more than these percentages, don't spread wrong info which isn't in your hand
I already mentioned in post and comments that if anyone has any seperate info let me know plus I think more than this won't be possible it could be less as per last year comparison - don't just start putting blame - I shared info I had with disclaimer - you are just saying it will be more than this - if you have any information post here

Yes, you are correct. Even I know one HR is my close friend and he told that the same percentage hike for the ratings, whichever you are posted is correct.
