Cognizant hike and variable pay clarification

I’m joining Cognizant on June 23 and had a few questions regarding compensation:

Will I be eligible for the ₹45,000 variable pay that's part of my CTC? If yes, when is it typically paid out, and how much can I expect to receive?

Will I be eligible for the upcoming appraisal cycle, and if so, when does it usually happen?
