First, delay the merit increase by 6 months, then provide a hike of 2%-5%. Cognizant should be removed from the top ten MNCs. Last year, they gave minimal increases, claiming that they were providing 3 hikes over 18 months. By the same logic, this year’s hike should be higher due to the delay. However, Cognizant remains disappointing.
