What will your manager do. If he gives 5 rating you get 5%. Ask that infy person.

This going to be the new normal from now on, not only CTS all other big consulting companies are doing the same very minimal number of people in org are getting more than 5% hike. They are just creating this atmosphere so that employee remain in fear and act grateful that they received something. If you need more salary skill up and join other org.
