It may surpass Infy or even TCS, Accenture but how does it matter? The Cognizant culture is gone after Ravi Kumar became CEO. He is implementing some of the worst employment practices like delayed ans lowest salary increment, non-existent promotion. It may become large in size but not as a good employer.
