Cognizant delaying offer letter - June 14 - Senior Automation Engineer

Hi Everyone, I was interviewed for Senior QA engineer at Cognizant on June 14th. I cleared TR and HR discussion is aldo done. She confirmed orally that I was selected. But from then I didn’t receive any official confirmation regarding the same. I tried contacting HR through call and mail but no response from their end

Can someone confirm what is the timeline for CTS to release offer of to confirm through official mail.
