Pathetic... It seems cognizant is always ready to do work with all cheap clients. But once the contract is signed.. then the real drama starts.. now Cognizant leadership and client will push the delivery team... without any proper and clear role guidance..no kt etc... Cognizant is in too much of a hurry to sign the contract without thinking about all the possible scenarios.. now this starts impacting resources and by default customer satisfaction..
