Cognizant CDF2 Form

I recently appeared for a walk-in interview on 8th nov at cognizant and i was selected but did not receive any confirmation. But yesterday a HR mailed me with link to fill in CDF form 2 also sent ne interview call email but asked me to not join the interview might be they are keeping record online for the interviews scheduled.

Does anyone know about CDF 2 form for cognizant. Please let me know
