Cognizant BGV still pending

In cognizant, my BGV process is going on and it's been more than 1.5 months but still pending. I received one query regarding a third previous company that is now closed. I have provided all the required documents:

Offer letter Relieving letter Experience letter EPFO service history (company name mentioned) Bank statement Salary slips

Even after submitting all valid proofs, the BGV is still pending. Can anyone tell me how many more days it usually takes to get it cleared.
