It's a great news, we can ask to release and be in bench, switch company as immediate joinee, get more salary went out.

Do we need to come office if we are in Bench

It’s 35 calendar days but also when you get released from previous project you get almost 30 days to get into actual bench. That 30 days are non-billable for that project. So which means total is almost 60 days.

Even my Google pay project is going to close they are laying off now so we will be in bench for 35days r they wil remove us directly please answer if anyone knows this.
