I guess it means you will have exactly 35 days (excluding weekends approx 27 days) to find a project after release, before HR contacts you and asks you to resign voluntarily.

It’s 35 calendar days but also when you get released from previous project you get almost 30 days to get into actual bench. That 30 days are non-billable for that project. So which means total is almost 60 days.

Even my Google pay project is going to close they are laying off now so we will be in bench for 35days r they wil remove us directly please answer if anyone knows this.
