Coforge review

Coforge is basically NIIT Technologies, the consulting division of NIIT, the Education & Courses franchise company. Later they changed the name to Coforge.

I haven't worked there, but I have talked with friends who have worked there, and will share what I heard.

It's a typical Indian consulting company, and the work pressure is high, there is lot of politics, and they lay off people on bench (those who come off billable projects for whatever reason) within a month. So typical hire & fire culture.

So in other words, just like any other lower-end tech consulting company in India. But depending upon the particular project, client, location, and boss, & your luck, your experience can vary 🤷‍♂️

I had given the interview and cleared three rounds and my communication was perfect ..The interviewers were really dumbstruck when I had given answers and after three rounds of interview,when I seeked the feedback,they said that they didn't like my CV..Its almost equivalent to saying that a person who has actually stood 1st in the school/college is rejected and being pushed down because the head master didn't like him
