I haven't worked there, but I have talked with friends who have worked there, and will share what I heard.
It's a typical Indian consulting company, and the work pressure is high, there is lot of politics, and they lay off people on bench (those who come off billable projects for whatever reason) within a month. So typical hire & fire culture.
So in other words, just like any other lower-end tech consulting company in India. But depending upon the particular project, client, location, and boss, & your luck, your experience can vary 🤷♂️
