Coforge - Cybersecurity job offer.

So I got an offer letter from Coforge with 15.5 fixed. I've 3.5 years of experience in SOC Cybersecurity Incident Response.

Can someone please suggest if this is good or can be negotiated for a better package overall in terms of my experience. I'm not really sure about work culture and WLB there as lots of people have resigned from the team recently so they are hiring.
