Coffee Aficionados Help Me Pls

I have been gifted coffee beans as a gift. They need to good ones apparently- Blue Tokoi. However, i have tried different combinations and i still seem to like my regular davidoff or nescafe. Is it the case with everyone and is making coffee from beans really not that appetising?

How are you making coffee- french press, turkish? Because davidoff and nescafe is instant.

Grinder the beans in mixer and then used a french press

Search for James Hoffman on YouTube. You will understand how to use specialty coffee like the one you have from Blue Tokai. You will need a coffee grinder to grind the beans. Mixer won't work.

What's a D2C brand from India that you really like?

For me - Mokobara, Chaayos, Chumbak Looking to understand Indian brands that have done really well, and understand if it's the product being superior or brand/marketing being an outlier

Ankur Warikoo. Ashneer Grover. Piyush Bansal. They should be in the lost too. Direct to Chutiyapa brands.
