Do y'all also do literal coding in java for Infosys like implementing the design in code (java back end real code) or is it just me While all this sounds real techie but they're paying me peanuts for doing this Today I literally stopped working and took a nap because I was done

I this is ranting of the 1st order. What were you expecting to do when you joined Infosys ? Yes some might be doing support work, but what were you expecting to get paid for

You are a manager maybe you're getting paid good but think about system engineers who are working so much they don't even earn enough to afford help they have to do everything by themselves living away from home doing all the hardcore office work + personal work + getting paid peanuts think about them + you managers come at us for shouting without thinking anything

No one is ready to wait for 3 months notice period I gave interviews cleared also but because of notice period people are not hiring me and my experience is 2.6 yrs that's also a problem in java generally they want 4+ yrs at least TCS

Keep trying. Java is a demanding technology. I think most of the MNC's accepting 3 months of notice period. If not try to convince your manager for early release( mention some medical reasons) that may help you
