Coder is GOD ?

Recently joined one company and the client has not provided the AWS access for atleast a month. Now the person from onsite gave the repo access and share the Jira ticket to work it on. I have asked now to give code KT but lets see ! How the client can think a person can do work if he doesn't know anything about the product.
