Requesting throw some light dear friends/collegues.I have been promoted to M2 on 2022 and getting promoted to CM1 this year as per my super boss confirmed.
Current fixed pay 20.35LPA(M2)
What will be my increment %and bonus for grade promotion and designation promotion as RHS?

20-25 %... Last i also promoted and got 23% hike on CMI promotion
