Why not be smarter than a candidate by implementing 2 ways web cam monitoring. One from laptop integrated webcam and other one from behind which can cover the screen as well as you from behind.

Make it compulsory to wear headphones while giving an interview.
But no you'll now give headaches to the professionals by asking to visit other states with 4-5 for an interview. Even they are not provide the flexibility to choose nearby locations. Yes we are in the age of automations.🐸
This is the best thing happening, some ppl with zero skills are getting onboarded on projects and their teammates have to do their work. One guy in my team saved his code in txt and was asking how do I run this file, and that guy was a senior developer and I was fresher at that time. It's understandable that guy is not best but atleast he must understands how things work but then we have these kind of people.
