Cloud SME at HCL Noida: should one consider joining

Hi everyone, I recently cleared interviews for a Cloud SME role at HCLTech (Noida), and the offer is expected in the coming weeks. Before taking a final call, I wanted to understand the current ground reality (2024–2025), especially for Cloud / Azure / DevOps roles in Noida.
