Quarterly email is send for cloud elevate program. Wait for current quarter

I got the mail but when I tried to register it says Unfortunately you are not eligible as you are already pursuing a certification under Cloud Elevate which I am not and in second point it says Non ATCI, ASE, Contract employee not allowed

So I am confused why did they mail me if I am nit eligible

Raise a ticket on cloud elevate help portal. In the same email there might be a link for it
