I am working in AI cloud ou.
I am C2 and working in T&M project.
Do I need to worry. My YOE is 10 and ctc is 13lpa.
Pls suggest.

Also you belong to horizontal so your billing is a bit tricky.. Honestly no one knows about the criteria.. There is just speculation..

Yes you need to worry. You do not know when your client stop the contract. You do not know when your job will be replaced by AI. You do not know when you will become liability to company. Sooner or later you are going to be replaceable. Be prepared.
Try to upskill in cloud . Be an architect or involve in automation, Cloud data etcc
