
Client unrealistic demands
How did you dealt with unrealistic demands of client partners where they are not ready to under the roles and responsibilities and demanding things that are not even part of roles and responsibilities and want compliance where we have no say and interventions They are deliberately picking issues that are not even issues to out us anyhow.

Never lose your temper in a work environment!
Take a deep breath and approach the client. Carefully document everything that the client expects you to deliver within a sprint or a stipulated period of time.
Tell him you’ll get back to them by eod, use your experience and skill set to determine how much can be delivered in the specific time.
Send it to them on mail with your manager in cc and tell them if there are any deviations that need to be accounted for.
Honestly, work is not hard, we are not organised. I had the same issue, but when i started becoming organised, it was a piece of cake.

You just have to give them a piece of your mind if something is not possible or not within scope. It is very much possible to not give fuk within the bounds of rule.

Push back firmly. Make it clear what is and isn't possible. Document everything. If they persist, escalate to higher management. Don't let them bully you into compliance. Stand your ground.
