Client rejected though good performance in interview
Hi
Has anyone faced rejection in client round though you answered 100% they asked? And why do even client reject the candidate since we are selected by TCS already by interview. Is it like they don’t trust TCS?
Client is the customer for TCS so when project is won by TCS client has to pick the right candidate as per the skill set they dnt want person with wrong attitute or skill set.
I have been rejected by various project client they were looking someone with more experience and skill
In such scenarios, what do we do? I just joined TCS and twice it has happened that even though giving very good interviews i has been rejected. Though i have now assigned to another account but i just don’t want to repeat this things
Dont worry you will get project soon.
Dnt get demotivated there are many project with TCS and have faith and confidence in your skill keep below point for your interview

Before attending the interview ask the manager or the team member who called you about what Client is looking for like skills, domain or any tools. Be prepared in that way. Talk slowly and clearly as most of them can't catch our speed. 100% you will clear next time.

They have Rejected you means that they don't trust you or your skillset and not TCS as they have already given project to TCS.
why you blame TCS for each and everything. I accept to some level blaming TCS related to Promotions and Hikes.
