Is client interview is necessary for new joiner. Even I had cleared L1L2 of capgemini.
Depends on the project. In my case there was no client interview. The team lead had called us and asked few theory questions related to Java and SQL. That's it. But after our project training there was again and interview conducted where in the senior teammates were asking project related questions that we had learnt in the training
Yes. I have given 4 rounds of interviews. 1st internal evaluation and last 3 client rounds. All were technical only last was techno managerial.
Usually if you are asked for client round it would be a Capgemini employee only who lives in onsite
Some time it would be minimal and sometimes it would be more in technical aspects but here as you cleared two levels it would easy for.
