Client Approved WFH how much will be the variable pay ?

I am still wfh and mine is client approved as there is no odc in my location I am now worried about the variable pay

U will get your variable pay as usual as its client approved as its same for me I am also exceptional to WFO

Make sure the same is captured in GESS RTO Exception module and approved both by HR and your Ultimatix Supervisor.
