CleverTap Mumbai

Looking for SWE opportunities in Mumbai at product companies. Came accross CleverTap which is a Mumbai based SaaS company.

Mainly looking for :

• good work and tech
• high pay
• competent colleagues
• good work culture

Currently, I’m L63 SWE @Microsoft with a TC of ~90L

Can CleverTap provide similar or higher TC. If yes, at what level?

Is it a bad career move to switch from Microsoft to a smaller company like CleverTap?
